By proceeding to check out, you certify that you are a working DJ and will use the material obtained on EdmTrending.com solely to enhance your DJ performance. You will not sell, resell, or redistribute any of the files acquired from this website. Any user activity involving excessive use, sharing, or re-sharing of content without our permission will result in account suspension, subscription cancellation, and permanent ban. The administrator can determine whether such activity violates the user’s acceptance of the Terms Of Service. Use our service in compliance with our Terms Of Service.
EdmTrending grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review and download materials on the website for personal (i.e., non-commercial/non-resale) purposes only. Except as set forth here, no interest, title, rights, or license to any software, documentation, hardware, or any intellectual property embodied or used in connection with the materials or the website is transferred to you. By using the EdmTrending Service, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate, you will maintain the accuracy of such information, and your use of the EdmTrending Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation. You shall indemnify EdmTrending against any breach or violation by you of this agreement/law.
This Agreement is for an ongoing term, not specific in length, which may be terminated by either party without written notice. If EdmTrending believes you are misusing your access to the website or that your login information has been compromised, your registration will be terminated immediately. You acknowledge that EdmTrending does and reserves the right to charge for the EdmTrending Service and to change its fees from time to time at its discretion, as well as to charge customary late fees (the Subscription information is incorporated herein by reference).
If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the EdmTrending website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information: (i) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; (ii) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; (iii) a description of where the Material that you claim is infringing is located on the EdmTrending website; (iv) your address, telephone number, and email address; (v) a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (vi) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf. Once such documentation has been received and the signature is accepted by an authorized EdmTrending officer, all offensive content will be removed from the Website or Service.
